Keniye is a wholesale drinks and logistics company operating across Delta, Edo, and Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Our services include wholesale ordering of soft drinks, water, and wines, as well as driver-included vehicle hire for goods transportation.
Use of Service
Our platform is intended for wholesale buyers, businesses, and individuals purchasing drinks in reasonable quantities. By using this service, you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address — is accurate and up to date.
You agree not to misuse this platform, submit false orders, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other customers. Keniye reserves the right to refuse service to any party at its sole discretion.
This website and its content are provided for lawful purposes only. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content from this platform is prohibited.
Orders & Payments
All orders are placed via WhatsApp checkout. When you submit a booking, a pre-filled WhatsApp message containing your order summary — including branch, fulfilment method, item list, and total — is sent to our team for confirmation.
All prices displayed on this platform are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and reflect wholesale pricing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of your WhatsApp order will be honoured for that transaction.
Payment terms are agreed directly between Keniye and the buyer at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp. We currently accept cash on delivery/pickup and bank transfer. Keniye does not process card payments through this website.
Orders are not confirmed until acknowledged by a Keniye representative via WhatsApp. Submitting a booking form does not constitute a binding contract until confirmation is received.
Delivery & Pickup
Keniye operates three branch locations: Swahili Branch (Delta), Pool Branch (Edo), and Biogbolo Branch (Port Harcourt). Stock availability is branch-specific — items shown as in stock reflect the inventory at your selected branch at the time of browsing.
Pickup orders must be collected from the selected branch within the agreed timeframe. Keniye is not responsible for goods left uncollected beyond the agreed date.
Delivery orders are fulfilled using our driver-included vehicle fleet. Delivery routes cover Delta, Edo, and Port Harcourt. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on distance, traffic, and load size. Keniye will communicate expected delivery windows via WhatsApp.
Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated based on distance and load and will be communicated prior to order confirmation. Keniye's logistics vehicles are driver-operated and intended for goods transport only.
Returns & Refunds
As a wholesale operation, all sales are final once goods have been collected or delivered and accepted. Keniye does not accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.
In the event that goods are delivered in a damaged condition or do not match the confirmed order, you must notify Keniye within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp with photographic evidence. Keniye will assess each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit against a future order.
Refunds, where granted, will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days. Keniye does not issue cash refunds for wholesale transactions.
Keniye is not liable for goods damaged after delivery has been accepted, or for losses arising from incorrect storage by the buyer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Keniye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Keniye's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that specific order as confirmed via WhatsApp.
We make every effort to ensure that stock information displayed on this platform is accurate, but we do not warrant that the website is error-free or that stock levels are updated in real time. Availability is subject to change.
Changes to These Terms
Keniye reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
